wohooo.. dah lama tak update blog..
banyak sangat perkara terjadi lately :(

Okay, back to the story.
Yap yap, I baru je join celebrity fitness sbb kegemukan yg melampau..

Inilah tempat I start buat warm up. Berlari atas mesin ini sambil tgk tv.
& astro sangat kejam sbb masa I berlari sambil burning fats (padahal trainer kata treadmill utk cardio), masa itulah masterchef ke udara.. why why? takpolah eh, makan angin pun jadi la..

Kenapa I pilih gym, kenapa x jog je kat kawasan umah tuh. free pun free..
Sebabnyer I mau masuk class dia.
OhMyGod, I love bodycombat and sh'bam. I wanna try body pump but apparently bodypump mesti lepas body combat. Lepas body combat biasanya rasa cam nak pengsan n makan subway lima hari, so sbb tu tak mampu nak masuk body pump.

After 2 weeks I go to gym, I've lost 3 kg. yeayy!
Berat skang adalah 56kg.ahaks.
Okay, sebenarnya tu mmg berat lagi..
Tapi berat lps masuk PB adalah 64kg
64 - masalah - gym = 56kg..
Last Thursday,I heard other girls were talking about their weight and dorg punyer berat 45-48kg je.. nabila boleh diam skrg!! *tepuk perut menggelebeh*
Ouh. That's all for now. I'll post more pics. sebab pic atas ni bukanlah branch yg i pegi..
